I'm doing things a little differently with this post. Each Monday for the next three weeks, I'm going to take you on a tour of The Maker's Studio. It's a virtual studio I created for makers to download resources for living a creative life. I've created these resources especially for The Maker's Studio. They're based on years of reading, practising, thinking and learning about the creative process.
Long time readers of this blog will know that I'm a big fan of making things with my hands. There's so much to be gained from using your hands to create something tangible. Satisfaction, a sense of pride, increased self-esteem and joy all come from working with your hands. It's especially important now as we spend less and less time being creative and more and more time staring at screens.
We've all got a creative muse and the ability to make the things we need. Hearing that creative voice, however, can be tricky when there's so many distractions waiting to trip us up. If you're looking for inspiration and motivation so you can get making, The Maker's Studio is the place to be.
I know that we're all makers, sometimes we just need a little help! And that's exactly why I created The Maker's Studio. To help fellow makers and people wanting to live a creative life filled with meaning and fulfilment.
